Deliveries
For Credit card payments please allow 7 working days.
For Payment by Cheque - please allow 14 working days
(Standard UK Delivery)
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched via Post Office Special Delivery or via Carrier. Both Methods require a signature.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase then return the unused item in its original condition within two weeks of receipt for a full refund or exhange.
Please read our Terms and Conditions of Sale. Should you not agree with anything you can phone, fax or email Pizza-Bags.com and we will try to resolve your problem otherwise it will be taken that you accept them in full.

Pizza-Bags.com guarantees that all products sold by us are of the highest quality, that all manufacturers/suppliers have signed Certificates of Assurance that their products meet current EU legislation standards, and that the products meet the required standards for the purpose they were intended.

Order Confirmations

Upon submitting an order using our automated shopping basket system you will receive a confirmation of your order as an e-mail. Please check that the details contained in this email are correct. If there are any mistakes in your order, please email us immediately. This e-mail is a copy of your order as sent and is neither an invoice nor a formal acceptance of your order, a Despatch Note will be included with your order.

We will not email you again unless you have given consent. We will not pass your email address to other trusted traders unless by agreement. This will include situations where delivery is arranged through a third party. The type of information we will collect about you includes: · your name· address · phone number · email address We will never collect sensitive information without explicit consent Information we retain can be checked by emailing us. If there are any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with the law.

You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

Prices and Payment

The prices charged for goods shall be those ruling on the date of order. Whilst every effort is made to keep the prices and products on the Website up to date some late changes could arise. If a price changes or a product becomes unavailable you will be notified and given an option on something else or a full refund if required. Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place the order.

Despatch and Delivery

Despatch will not take place until payment is received and the funds cleared but the majority of goods will be dispatched within 7 working days of order, if your order has not arrived within 14 days then please contact us. Orders have a 14 working days of order money-back guarantee, subject to their return in good condition, items damaged during shipment should be returned within 7 days. We reserve the right to implement a 10% restocking charge on goods returned without defect. Packaging and post costs are shown separately and we reserve the right to use any carrier available to us. Delivery is by standard 2 day post and is stated when your goods arrive in the shopping basket on this website, which is shown before you decide to purchase. Remote parts of Scotland and Ireland may have a small surcharge to cover costs, please phone or email us if you are in doubt and want to check on a price before goods are despatched. EU and Worldwide prices for post and packaging can be given on application. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the payment of any local taxes and duties that may be in force at the time of purchase. Liability insurance is included in the post and package price.

Returns

Before any goods are returned please contact us, preferably by Email, or by fax or phone for a Returns Number quoting your invoice number, We will reply by return. If goods are faulty or damaged upon delivery please return them for a full credit including postage and packing costs you have incurred. If you wish to return non-faulty goods you should do so within 7 days of receipt. The goods and any packaging should be in an undamaged condition and a full credit will be given (not including postage and packing costs involved in the order).

Force Majeure

The seller is not liable for any delay or failure to fulfil any order due to events beyond the seller's control. While every effort will be made to meet shoppers demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of Act of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought or other causes beyond the control of Pizza-Bags.com.
